I absolutely loved the animations for this game, the art is very pretty too. The spooky moments in the game caught me off guard a couple times, well done!
I was gonna play your game for the current jam but saw it was a sequel so i decided to play this first. Absolutely loved the art aesthetic and i appreciate having the book fold for scene transitions rather than just fading to black or something. Nice intuitive mechanic with the enemies and ngl the jumpscares got me pretty good
I featured your game on my video! I loved the pop-up book art style and elements as well as how cute it is overall. Wonderful animations on the page turning! Thank you for your amazing work!
Glad you enjoyed the art! We'll definitely take your feedback into account. There were a couple things we could've conveyed better in this game, though it's good to see there were parts you liked. Thanks for the playthrough!
I just played this game last night before going to bed, and I'm so glad I took the time. This has so much charm and visual polish for a jam game, it's really excellent work! The page turns for area changes was an A+ idea, it made moving around the map have so much more character and charm.
I'm in love with the art and paper style graphics! The map transitions with the book closing were cool, I would have loved some sounds to go with the pretty art and lighting(not sure if that's a bug or you didn't include sound). Cute characters and style, this has potential to be an even bigger game if you wanted to expand it, nice work
